Insight has done an amazing job inspecting my home and the homes of other friends I have referred them to. They are very thorough, accommodating with the schedule, and provided me with a report that was very clear – from top to bottom – of the issues of my new home. The report showed clear pictures of the issues, with details, and made it simple to make my decision whether I wanted to continue with the home purchase or not. Every home is going to have issues, new or old. But their reporting helped me make an educated decision. I have had home inspectors in the past list a novel-worth of issues – which freaked me out, and others who waved off the most grievous of concerns for a home’s integrity, but not Insight. They provide concise inspection notes, highlighting the issues they find most concerning, and allow you to make your decision from there. My friends and acquaintances would tell you the same. Look to these guys for a great inspection that could save you from buying a problem home costing thousands – or put your mind at ease that the issues of your future home are easily remediated and not worth getting grey hairs over!
